Pros
Autonomous position with little supervision; initially which eventually becomes overbearing micro managing at all levels.
Cons
No true HR team. Operations dictates all if you are not on board all of the time with them you are out. No true advocacy for the employees . High turn over due to quick terminations with out fact finding being done. Management always right . Collections team that bullies employees and customers a like. Senior Management that does not follow the companies own Key Principles.
