      PTO is the only pro of working here. May be good for those looking for a part time job too.

      Terrible upper management Always getting after their “team” even if they do good there’s always a “but” at the end Long hours can’t leave for lunch Accountability for anything and everything You’re just another number to them

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
