      Pay can be a little low Eventually got to be so high-pressure the goals were almost unachievable Job duties might change drastically and you'll have to adjust

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
