      Flexible schedule, great PTO benefits. Great job for loners.

      Cons

      Cutting hours, miniscule pay raises, cutting bonuses and incentives out. No help during the busiest times of the month and still expect you to do the work of 2 people.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
