      Easy. A lot of alone time.

      Cons

      Customers treat you like crap, the company holds you accountable for not selling enough cards or for customers not paying on their loans. Totally out of your control. Best to know Spanish and english

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
