      Pros

      You can make desent money if you are prepared to work 7 days a week, be on call 24 hours everyday and don't mind not receiving any opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement, constant hiring from the outside to higher positions. No real leadership from upper management. Corporate officials have no real concept of what happens in the real world.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
