      Customers were very nice most of them. Helping people in a financial bind

      Cons

      Some customers didn't speak English and trying to communicate with them was extremely frustrating, they would get angry at you. Long hours low pay.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
