      Pros

      Most of the customers are pretty great. The employees who work with me have turned out to be great friend.

      Cons

      Would be a more comfortable place to work if our corporate weren't so hard on its employees. They really should try to also appreciate the work we do. Not just put every down all of the time.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
