      You are not always being watched like a hawk when you are doing your job. They give you and opportunity to show them your abilities to do your job.

      Cons

      just frustating sometimes when you can not get ahold of someone when you are trying to cash a check and customers have to wait for a little while.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
