Pros

You get paid mileage for driving.

Cons

Business model forces 1 employee to work 11 hour days. The employees do hundreds of transactions a day on archaic equipment. The POS system is like DOS from 40 years ago. The facilities are run down, employees are tired from the long days...Attrition is very high. When an employee calls in sick the DM has to work the center if no coverage can be found. DM works 7 days a week, roughly 70-80hrs a week if lucky. Pay is horrible and senior management at the RVP level work from 9-5 (30-40 hrs week) and good luck getting ahold of your RVP...They won't answer their phones after 5pm.....

Meet great ppl. Leadership is awesome.

Cons

Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

Pros

Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

Cons

Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
