Pros

Rewarding to see progress in clients and build relationships with their families, flexible scheduling, good experience for working with children with developmental delays, good mentorship from supervisors, temporary iPad, paid for cpr and cpi training

Cons

Travel, cancellations, client no shows, big gaps in scheduling, hard to get hours for full time, no investment in staff members, hard to get a raise, they will never give you one unless you ask, the company got sued from 3 former employees for not following labor laws, like accounting for travel time and breaks, no co-workers because you treat in the clients home most of the time, hated the new time stamp system and having to email the company to get time stamps changed

Pros

Team members were helpful and great to work with

Cons

Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
