      The main difficulty with being employed at Aces is patience; good things come to those who wait. Having patience to gain knowledge and experience to become a stronger Behavior Analyst in the field.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
