Pros
It allows the opportunity for field psychology experience, as well as helping people overcome challenges in their lives. I great deal of autonomy makes it easier to work at an appropriate pace without the stress of micromanaging. The company also, does frequent performance reviews, additional job training and resources, and yearly raises. The benefits the company offers keeps employees extremely motivated and it shows in client progress reports.
Cons
The autonomy of the company is great, in regards to management showing up on-site monthly to do performance reviews. However, most cases only have a single provider, so there is little to no room for assistance when analyzing data trends or thinking of new ways to implement programs. With an additional provider, implementing client programs would be more efficient.
