      I do not think there is a pro unless you want to be in ABA as a BCBA

      Cons

      Very cliquish, not much room for growth unless you want to be a BCBA or possibly relocate. The pay was super poor especially when other clinics around were starting at $20-$30 an hour.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
