Business Outlook
Pros
The best part of the job is the cute kids and when you get a family that appreciates you. There are some good supervisors that care and want to support the therapy and help you grow as a clinician.
Cons
Not good pay for the difficulty of the job. Inconsistent hours. High turn over, so new hires are often not trained well because supervisors don't want to invest time and energy into someone they know will leave in a few months. Upper management/corporate is terrible and does not appreciate employs. There is no room for growth unless you choose to go back to school. They don't give reasonable raises. You drive all over the county for low pay.
