      Fellow BI’s were wonderful, clients were also fun to work with.

      Poor management, poorly handled sexual harassment cases, infrequent and ineffective supervision, low pay, and intense hours (45-50 hrs/wk).

      Pros

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Cons

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
