Pros

• Diverse workplace • High reward when seeing clients progress especially with great rapport • Flexible schedules with students (sometimes) • Retrieve RBT which helps with working with children in the spectrum

Cons

• Low pay. Don’t give annual pay raise unless you ask and fight for it (usually $0.5.-$1.00 raise) • Incompetent with keeping pay. New hires get higher pay with no experience/education verses those who’ve worked there for more than a couple of years • SVs gossip about BIs. They talk about BIs a lot in their rooms. A previous coworker quit because they heard the SVs talking about them in the room while they passed by • Very low conflict resolution. Depending on the office, management cannot find a resolution when a situations arises; sometimes results in retaliation • SVs talks about following rules and regulations while attending the office with clients and those SVs cannot follow either (be on phones) • Sometimes not flexible with hours. I’m working on a higher degree and I made sure my qualifications were met and HR decided to say I did not meet regulations and told me to resign. Did not give me an afternoon client when there are multiple clients who needed staffing in that day during that time.

Pros

Team members were helpful and great to work with

Cons

Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
