      -you get to develop meaningful relationships with clients -you really can make a difference for kids and their families through this work if you are committed -parents are for the most part very kind and appreciative

      Cons

      -very little supervisor support/investment in clients’ success. it falls almost entirely on you whether or not your client improves -if you are not in-clinic, your concerns usually won’t be taken seriously -pay scheme is unfair & “raises” are insulting

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
