Pros

Great management, benefits, teamwork. The merge between MISTI and Leaderquest (now ACI Learning) was a learning curve for all, especially during the pandemic when they went to all virtual training sessions but went very smoothly for the most part. Lots of exciting things happening for this company.

Cons

Long hours and healthcare deductibles could be lower.

Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

Cons

Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation
