Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

ACI Learning is in a period of dynamic growth and evolution, and with that comes intentional recalibration to align with our long-term strategy. Rapid change brings opportunity.
