Pros

There are so many. I love that I get to work remote. I love my boss. I have never felt so fostered in my career. My professional development is truly cared about and not only cared about but ACI Learning actually does something about it. There is tuition reimbursement, professional development and many training and webinars I can attend to better myself professionally. I ACTUALLY have a work life/balance. I am encourage and supported when I need to take time off. I don't feel anxiety if I have a last minute family thing come up, as I can easily talk to my manager about requesting the time off. I love the hours. I love the work that I do! I love my job and this is the first time ever that I've been able to honestly say that! ACI Learning is an INCREDIBLE place to work.

Cons

I only have two things that are remotely close to a "con": - I wish there was more of an initiative to support and include remote staff - Sometimes I feel that collaboration isn't as valued as it should be. Many people feel like their toes are getting stepped on, instead of working together for the betterment of the department/company.

When that is prioritized, that's when you bring your best work. As far as communication and collaboration, we appreciate your feedback. We have Team Members across the US and even in the UK. Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

Cons

Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation
