We really appreciate you taking the time to provide your valuable feedback. We take your concerns very seriously. We hear you on the PTO policy and for almost 2 years, we now have a DTO policy. Rather than accruing time and putting a limit on personal time, it is unlimited. We view our Team Members as humans first and that includes supporting you all in taking the time you need when you need it. We have also rebranded our HR team to People Operations and have made a multitude of improvements. We want to be the people who walk into the virtual or physical room and for Team Members to feel a sense of relief and support rather than fear. People Operations has also partnered with the Leadership team to create People Leader training to better support them in supporting our Team Members.
