Pros

A flat organization that values every view from the bottom to the top. As an employee, you ae encouraged to make improvements—plenty of room to show your capabilities without being silenced.

Cons

Compensation is good but could be better for those with advanced degrees/experience, but that is true anywhere you go!

Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

Cons

Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation
