Turnover was (and still is) high. Everyone I knew at the company (including myself) was extremely underpaid across multiple departments – sales, marketing, customer success on-air hosts, and the company refused to give even the bare minimum 3% raises. For example, I made a 20k bump in salary when I left for a new role with less responsibility. Some individuals can barely afford to pay their bills working with lower than industry standard wages and having to wear multiple hats as a result of the turnover (because they don't backfill roles immediately, just redistribute work). The last three people who have left the company had no other choice because their mental health was at a breaking point, which was also my reality. This company and its senior leadership will suck every bit of life out of you if you let them.
