Pros

It was a job and I was paid (below market value, no commission)

Cons

I wish I never even met my former boss. From day 1, all he and the company did was treat me like I was less than him. This job experience significantly contributed to my desire to get a master's in leadership so I could prevent people like that from negatively impacting employees in the future. Absolute disgrace.

Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

Cons

Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation
