Pros

My boss was amazing She created a cushion between us and upper management. If it wasn't for her shield I wouldn't have stayed as long.

Cons

Upper leadership was indecisive and many many errors that cost the company millions of dollars and they put unreasonable pressure on us to correct there errors Lack of recognition for over excelling Leadership creates unnecessary stress The company is growing soo fast and they keep hugging upper management - it's very top heavy They cut the pay in bottom positions so much The lack of student focus is evident

Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

Cons

Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation
