We are so glad you appreciate the compensation and benefits we offer at ACI! We also recognize the hard work and care our Adjunct Instructors put into their roles. With the passion each Instructor has, we recognize the desire for more opportunities. While the Adjunct specifically is not a full time role, please feel free to keep an eye on openings at ACI with a more full time schedule. We also recognize that ACI is going through a lot of change and growth. With that comes a lot of impact on our Team Members. Pros

Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

Cons

A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

Cons

Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation
