Pros
The grass isn't any greener away from ACI just a different shade. It is a well run company all the way from the top to the bottom with employees all fairly compensated.
Cons
As with most senior management at publicly held companies the main emphasis is on stock value. But it has a culture that tries to emphasize the importance of the employee however doesn't really get down below middle management for real changes.
