Pros
Extremely good people to work with. Always willing to help out in a pinch if they have the time to do the task.
Cons
Executive leadership is not their strong point. Some VP and above are very helpful, others are not. In a restructuring, would rather let some go rather than retaining the expertise in a similar role. Cross department transfers are not promoted.
