Pros
Without a doubt the people at ACI are what makes the company a nice place to work - the teams you work with every day really do feel like they are working together for the same objective. The company is supportive of your personal life and commitments such as community of voluntary work, and allows flexibility to accommodate that.
Cons
You need to be prepared to work hard, because there is always a lot going on - but at least the days go really quickly!
