Pros
There was a decent salary and benefits package. Depending on what business unit you work in, there are also options for bonuses. The compensation package was really the only thing keeping me at their company.
Cons
Company grows through constant acquisition and then layoffs of redundant staff. This creates such a negative working environment. Development staff is located around the globe, so there is really no sense of a specific company identity. Just do your job and hope that you aren't replaced by an engineer with similar skills in Romania or India.
