1) A lot of direct and exciting customer engagement experiences 2) Committed colleagues with in-depth application software knowledge 3) Direct boss respect autonomy in decision making
Cons
1) Process improvement initiatives are not "customer centric" enough, more internal "turf centric" to relieve bandwidth problem 2) Not able to exploit value-add competency of customer facing consultants as much time is spent fixing basic problems
