Cons
Absurd workloads for technical staff. Executive Management spends millions on marketing and sales but does not hire enough technical staff to get the products built or maintained properly. Even so-called high priority projects are not funded properly. They are, however, hiring VP's and Directors left & right. Management gives a lot of lip service to Employee Engagement but never follows thru on things like work-life balance, excessive hours and on-call schedules. E.g., This a technology company that cannot provide a functional desktop image / tools. Leadership's priorities are clearly not about the workers.
