Pros
The benefits and time off are good. Peers work as a team and want to do the best they can do.
Cons
The new management team does not know the business, and counter many recommendations made by those who know our customers and have been in the business for years. Customer projects are so far behind schedule that we sacrifice product for customer projects. We need to do both!
