Pros
- Work is rewarding and believe me, they will make sure you have more work to do - Benefits are awesome - They will pay for your school directly
Cons
- The amount of work you do is directly based on poor, last minute decision making that is rarely ever planned or thought out - Management is completely clueless and inexperienced - Company takes on large amounts of debt for platforms they don't take the time to learn, then they lay off the majority of new platform's workforce - You never know when its your time to get "synergized" (aka laid off - coming from someone that quit and wasn't laid off, its very uncomfortable)
