- The executive team is too involved in day to day, business decision making. They need to empower their leadership team to run the business and refocus efforts on the higher level strategy. - The organizational design is complex with too many leadership layers, while we are often understaffed in the service and delivery positions. We need to simplify the organization and reinvest funding in the roles that deliver for the customer. - Some members of the executive team are not performing. - Lack of team work across business units.
