Pros
ACI has good products and a strong list of global clientele in the financial services and payments space. The compensation and benefits are good. The people are generally very smart.
Cons
However, the company is it's own worse enemy. There is too much process and hoops to jump through to get things done. The company constantly re-organizes to try to fix things, but all that does is creates even more confusion and delays to get things done. Many times, they are trying the same things that didn't work before, as if they are some new idea that is some how going to work this time, but of course does not. Some of the smartest people have left the company, since they get burnt out or frustrated. Need to hire more people, instead of running thin. Training is terrible or non-existent.
