A lot of smart, dedicated people make working here great. There are opportunities to really make a difference and improve your skill set. It's a big market to play in.
Cons
The executive team seems perennially confused and regularly reorganizes, creating chaos among the teams. It's hard to gain traction in any one direction and really give it a chance to succeed when the ground beneath you is always shifting.
