Pros
I've been with the company for less than a year and have been very happy with my decision to come to ACI. The pay is competitive, benefits are affordable, and the PTO policy is generous. Being a global company employees are exposed to different cultures and perspectives. There are many locations across the US as well. The organization is highly matrix-ed, which for the most part is a good thing. The Omaha location runs much like a larger family business, where there are company picnics and quarterly offsite outings. Most people are friendly to one another across departments. Attire is casual, but the atmosphere is still professional. Most locations promote a casual atmosphere.
Cons
Change is a constant, this is a good thing, the company is always looking toward innovation. It's when change isn't communicated to the front lines that it can cause frustration. Learning ACI can be challenging to someone that's new to payments. The company has some great resources for this that they should promote more for new hires.
