Most co-workers pretty much ignore you and really don't make you feel welcomed. Training is non- existent and terrible. There basically is none. My "trainer" spent the 2 weeks either on the phone or away from the area. Now any questions i ask get short answered in "can't be bothered with WORK talk" from co- workers which just confuses me even more. I got a lot of "Well when i came over, i had to learn on my own" excuses That's all well and good I guess, but not everyone works that way.
