Pros
Lots of good people that work hard for their customers. Challenging niche market with many opportunities for growth.
Cons
The fishing tournament lawsuits are all anyone in the industry wants to talk about. We're a punchline to a bad joke. Senior management seem to trade jobs in a re-organization every year that is supposed to clear the path to explosive growth, but after a few months when the dust settles we have all of the same faces and same problems.
