Pros
Top payer, good working conditions, other advantages (ie: sport vouchers). Generally well trained and open minded colleagues. A good place to work if you are a 'calm and steady' personality. Need more "inspiration" in management part.
Cons
Working in a multinational company means complying with all the policies and rulings to the point where your unique contribution cannot find a fertile ground. Really "geeky" software engineers will not enjoy working here because there is no much innovation in the job.
