Pros
ACI Omaha has a nice building, good benefits, competitive pay, and they do make an honest effort at improving culture with fun company events. Really enjoyed most of my coworkers and managers during my time there.
Cons
Morale is quickly declining as they've had recent layoffs (one before Christmas and one last month) in which the CEO called it "Humble Integrations". Ouch! There are absolutely a ton of great co-workers, but ACI is also a company that keeps "coasters" on for way too long. If you work hard, this can be extremely frustrating because you'll end up pulling other people's weight. Also, it is very easy to get burned out here. The company is in a vicious cycle of pushing out work prematurely, therefore causing issues during delivery, therefore requiring people to put out fires constantly, and it is absolutely draining to work this way. There's a huge lack of work/life balance and ACI experiences unusually high turnover.
