The processes and systems in place were lacking (to put it mildly) leading to the comment that ACI makes money despite themselves. Billing and accounting was intensely manual to the point that it was a little disquieting that this company is considered a technology company. Senior Management was seriously toxic - backstabbing one another as well as people on their own teams. Many people seemed to be guarding their jobs by keeping information and responsibilities a closely held "secret".
