ACI has some of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in the payments industry. The benefits are competitive and there is a good work/life balance at the company.
Cons
Too much beauracracy and internal focus. No one is empowered to do their job or make decisions. Sales reps are glorified paper pushers. Development sets their own targets, delivers nothing on time, and then points to process when things are delayed (a process they put in place). Tons of turnover in Sr. Mgmt as the targets become more unattainable. No regard for customer relationships or driving a trusted partner relationship. Everything moves at the glacial speed and there is no innovation, thought leadership, or pride in quality. All is focused on process, policy, and C.Y.A. Caustic environment with a ton of negativity.
