Pros
1ACI culture has allowed me to establish life long relationships with others from around the world. The global nature of the business is such a wonderful benefit that I value greatly. Additionally, I have had opportunities to visit customers and implement projects all around the world. Partnership in any language is rewarding. Payments have changed so dramatically since I began, the innovation and new technologies that has driven keeps each day fresh.
Cons
There are times when work life balance is stretched but once through the spike the reward of the accomplishment outweighs the short term pains.
