Pros
ACI Worldwide provides a professional-flexible-work environment. I have been at ACI for 20 1/2 years, and realizing there is change in all businesses, ACI has always performed well communicating and implementing changes. There is an opportunity to pursue advancement in the different areas of management, as well as our field/department. ACI offers fair remuneration for our work, as well as a wide variety of benefits which include the company's participation in the 401k, semi-annual family-included-social-events, monthly, if not bi-weekly opportunities to take a break, enjoy snacks and refreshments, socialize with coworkers, and get re-energized to go back to work. In my particular job, if I need to run an appointment that is only available during the workday, I have the freedom to work from home, or adjust my workday to allow for my absence. If bad weather in the area is predicted, we are provided advance-notice, where we can take our laptops home and continue working from home.
Cons
Currently, I have two family members that are seeking employment at ACI Worldwide. Both received interviews, but were not hired. ACI Not leveraging their skillsets through employment was discouraging.. Understandable, but discouraging... Layoffs that have taken place, was also an area that was discouraging. I personally knew two very qualified individuals which contributed immensely to their departments, that are no longer ACI employees.
