You can add value, because a lot of things can be enhanced. If you're looking for non-technical stuff to learn (become a leader, management stuff), it's a great place to be. For entry-level developers, ACI is a good chance to learn from Senior Engineers. The Timisoara location is a pleasant workplace and you may get with some very good friends inside
Cons
Less stable projects. If you want to learn the last technologies or modern PM methodologies, you could be disappointed.
