Pros
ACI has some of the most talented and experienced people in the payments and online banking industry. In the last year ACI's executive management seems to have finally realized the real value of their employees and is trying to improve the moral by listening to the employees and empowering them to do their jobs. The executive management is also placing more importance on servicing ACI's customers and reducing process.
Cons
There has been a high turnover in executive management in the last year and the new executive managers are still trying to get their feet on solid ground. ACI is still process heavy and uses tools that are not efficient and not well integrated.
