Top heavy hierarchical management structure. Highly incompetent managers. Heaven knows how some of them even got to their position. The management is full of deceit and have the audacity to claim they are a people friendly organisation with an open culture. The only thing they really care about is the balance sheet. Employees and their welfare is not valued at all.
